KIDS MARTIAL ARTS

Kids Martial Arts classes focused on developing students physical and mental strength.

This is achieved through various fun physical martial art activities and mental martial art development.

The aim is to help all students to develop positive characters governed by respect, compassion, confidence, and dedication so that they feel prepared to tackle all obstacles they may face in life.

TEENS MARTIAL ARTS

Teens Martial Arts programme based on helping our students at a time where they begin to experience different challenges.

Give students the tools to deal with exam stresses, whilst also developing a better means to cope with any emotional stresses.

Guide teenage students to become Assistant Instructors at our school, with the confidence to lead by example whilst developing empathy.

Students increase their understanding of how to control their increasing physical and mental strength as they grow.

ADULTS MARTIAL ARTS

Adults Martial Arts classes are tailored to help Adult students become fitter, healthier and happier.

Scientific nature of the martial art means adult students are able to learn how to punch and kick powerfully without causing damage to their body.

Encourage the holistic side of the martial art through a focus on breathing to help relieve stress.

Stretching also helps older students improve on their flexibility at a time when their flexibility is reducing.

All these benefits lead to improved physical ability, better mental well-being and longevity.
